Works on façade insulation continue in the third stage
RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the builders continue the construction of the Ok’Land Residential Complex. Currently, the third stage of the project is undergoing works on the façade insulation, 85% of the building is complete, and 97% of the roof is complete.
Installation of elevators is 92% complete, internal engineering networks (water supply, sanitation, heating, electricity) are being installed, 84% complete. Work is underway to install screeds in the interior (apartments, common facilities), with 97% completion, and to finish common areas and staircases, with 45% completion. The installation of apartment doors is 60% complete, and the arrangement of utility networks in the basement is 35% complete. External water supply and sewerage networks are 93% complete, installation of switchboard hatches and smoke exhaust valves has begun, and 5% is complete.
In parking lot No. 1, the fire extinguishing system is being installed, 82% complete, the public address system is being installed, 47% complete, water supply and sewerage networks are being installed, 5% complete, and lighting is being installed, 10% complete.
In parking lot No. 2, utility networks are being laid (electricity, water supply, sanitation), 99% complete, lighting is 99% complete, the fire extinguishing system is 99% complete, and smoke removal is 92% complete. The floor screed is 98% complete, parking lot markings and bumpers are 60% complete. Finishing works are underway, 80% complete. The electrical control room is 85% complete, the pump room is 90% complete, and the security room is 75% complete.
