Ok’Land RC: the third stage is converted to commercial use
Ok’Land Residential Complex in Solomianskyi District of Kyiv has officially completed the construction of its third stage. The State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development issued the Certificate of Readiness for Operation No. ІУ123250110952. This means that 636 more apartments with a total living area of 17,053 m² are ready to welcome their residents.

Every detail of the complex is thought out to make the life of future residents as comfortable and safe as possible. The next step is to obtain individual specification sheets for the premises and re-register the title to the premises to the final owners.
