Improvement of the adjoining territory in the third stage is underway
In the first building of the third stage of the Ok’Land RC, the adjoining territory is being improved, with 75% completion. At the same time, the façade insulation is being completed, with 99% completion.
The arrangement of internal engineering networks is nearing completion: water supply, sanitation, heating and electricity networks are 98% complete, and the installation of apartment radiators is 99% complete. Installation of elevators is also almost complete.
Specialists report on the completion of finishing works in common areas and on the staircases. The installation of technical doors, switchboard hatches and smoke exhaust valves is 99% complete. The basement utilities, including the electrical, individual heating points, pumping and ventilation systems, are 98% complete.
