Finishing works on common areas and staircases continue in the third stage
RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the builders continue the construction of the Ok’Land Residential Complex. Currently, in the third stage of the project, finishing works on common areas and staircases are undergoing, 60% of which have been completed, and 75% of apartment doors have been installed.
The arrangement of engineering networks in the basement is 40% complete, and the arrangement of external water supply and sanitation networks is 94% complete. The installation of switchboard hatches and smoke exhaust valves is in progress, with a completion of 8%. The roof is 98% complete, elevator installation is 93% complete, work continues on the façade insulation (87% complete), as well as the installation of internal engineering networks (water supply, sanitation, heating, and electricity). The screeds of the interior premises (apartments, common facilities) are being poured, 98% complete.
In parking lot No. 1, water supply and sanitation networks, as well as electricity and lighting, are being installed.
In parking lot No. 2, the smoke exhaust system is 92% complete, parking lot markings and bumpers are 95% complete, finishing works and the electrical control room are underway, 90% complete. The pump room is 95% complete and the security room is 80% complete.
