Internal engineering networks are being installed in the third stage
In the first building of the third stage of Ok’Land RC, active work continues on the arrangement of internal engineering networks, including water supply, sanitation, heating and electricity, which are 91% complete.
The façade insulation is nearing completion, the installation of apartment radiators is 95% complete, and the installation of elevators is also underway.
Finishing of common areas and staircases is 88% complete, installation of technical doors is 95% complete. Work continues on the installation of switchboard hatches and smoke exhaust valves, which are 90% complete. The basement utilities, including the electrical room, individual heating unit, pumping station and ventilation, are 92% complete. The landscaping of the adjacent territory is currently 50% complete.
