Screed installation continues in the third stage
Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that the builders continue the construction of the Ok’Land Residential Complex. Currently, the screeding of the interior premises (apartments, common facilities) is underway in the third stage, with 92% completion. At the same time, the roof is 96% complete, and the installation of elevators is 90% complete. Work is underway to insulate the building façade, and internal engineering networks (water supply, sewerage, heating, and electricity) are being installed, with 82% completion.
Finishing of common areas and staircases is 30% complete, installation of apartment doors is 10% complete, basement utilities are 20% complete, and external water supply and sewerage networks are 91% complete.
In parking lot No. 1, the fire extinguishing system is being installed, with 80% completion, and the warning system is being installed, with 40% completion.
In parking lot No. 2, utility networks are being laid (electricity, water supply, sewerage), 95% complete, lighting and fire extinguishing system are 98% complete, and smoke removal is 80% complete. The floor screed is 85% complete, and gates and doors have been installed.
