Floor screed is being poured in the third stage
Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that the builders continue the construction of the Ok’Land Residential Complex. Currently, the floor screed is being poured in all sections of the third stagee, internal utilities (water supply, sewerage, heating, electricity) are being installed, 75% of the construction is ready, and the roof is 95% complete. At the same time, the elevators are being installed, 85% complete, windows and balcony doors are 97% complete, and the installation of windows and stained-glass windows on the first floor is almost complete. Façade works continue.
In parking lot No. 2, the laying of utilities (electricity, water supply, sewage) is underway, 90% complete, lighting is 96% complete, the fire extinguishing system is 97% complete, and smoke removal is 60% complete. Preparations are underway to install the floor screed. Gates and doors are being installed at the same time.
The fire extinguishing and warning system is being installed in parking lot No. 1.
The bored-injection piles for the administrative building are 30% complete.
