Internal engineering networks are being installed in the third stage of the project
Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that the builders continue the construction of Ok’Land Residential Complex. In the third stage, in all sections of the complex, internal engineering networks (water supply, sewerage, heating, electricity) are being installed, the readiness is at the level of 45%. At the same time the installation of windows and stained glass windows of the first floor, laying of external water supply and sewerage networks is being completed. Pouring of screed in apartments and common facilities and insulation of the facade of the building is in progress.
In the parking lot number 2 continues the device of engineering networks (electricity, water supply, sewerage), 70% completed, as well as fire extinguishing and smoke removal, readiness 60%.
The fire extinguishing system is being installed in parking lot No.1, the readiness is 20%.
