Facade works continue in the third stage
Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that the builders continue the construction of the Ok’Land Residential Complex. Currently, the third stage of the project is undergoing facade insulation, 70% is complete, the installation of windows and stained-glass windows on the first floor is almost complete, 98% is complete, and internal engineering networks (water supply, sanitation, heating, electricity) are being installed in all sections, 80% is completed. At the same time, the screed is being poured in the apartments and the common facilities.
In parking lot No. 1, the fire extinguishing system is being installed, 70% is completed, and the warning system is 20% complete.
Screed is being installed in parking lot No. 2, installation of drainage trays is almost complete, and installation of gates and doors is nearing completion.
The bored-injection piles for the administrative building are 100% complete, and the crushed stone foundation has been arranged.
