Facade insulation in the third stage continues
Construction of the third stage of the Ok’Land RC is actively continuing. Currently, the façade is being insulated, with 93% completion.
At the same time, the arrangement of internal engineering networks (water supply, sanitation, heating, electricity) continues. The screed in the interior premises (apartments, common facilities) has already been completed, and the common areas and staircases are 77% complete.
The installation of apartment doors is 96% complete, technical doors - 75%, and the arrangement of engineering networks in the basement - 65%. The installation of switchboard hatches and smoke exhaust valves is also underway, with 12% completion, and the installation of external water supply and sewerage networks is 95% complete.
