Finishing works of the common facilities continue on the third stage

Below is an update on the status of other works:

• Façade insulation – 95% complete.
• Installation of internal engineering networks (water supply, sanitation, heating, electricity) – 87% complete.
• Installation of elevators – 95% complete.
• Installation of apartment doors is 98% complete, technical doors – 80% complete.
• Installation of utilities in the basement – 65% complete.
• Installation of switchboard hatches and smoke exhaust valves – 50% complete.
• Basement utilities (electrical room, individual heating unit, pumping station, ventilation) – 72% complete.
• External water supply and sanitation networks – 96% completed.
• Improvement of the adjacent territory – 30% completed.
