Underground parking lot No. 2 of Ok’Land RC received a certificate of readiness for operation
We are pleased to announce that the underground parking lot No. 2 of the Ok’Land Residential Complex has officially received a certificate of readiness No. ІУ123240903594 from the SACI, which certifies that the completed facility complies with the project documentation and confirms the possibility of its operation. The next step will be to complete all the necessary documents for the transfer of title to investors.

As a reminder, the project will include two underground parking lots with elevators for 745 parking spaces. Different types of parking spaces are provided, and there are parking spaces equipped with chargers for electric vehicles.
