Ok’Land RC: façade works in the third stage are underway
The third stage of the Ok’Land RC is steadily approaching completion. As of today, the façade insulation is 96% complete, and the finishing of common areas and staircases is 87% complete.
The internal engineering networks (water supply, sanitation, heating, electricity) are 89% complete, and the elevators are 96% complete.
Installation of doors is also in its final stage: apartment doors are 99% installed, technical doors – 89%. In the basement, utilities are 85% complete, and external water supply and sewerage networks are 97% complete.
Works on the improvement of the adjacent territory are ongoing and are currently 40% complete.
